• When you register as a Farm (Provider): farm name, farm location, contact info, listing details (type of work, dates, rates), farm photos.
• When you post, apply for, or manage a job listing: listing title, description, rate/fee, images, dates, location, communication logs.
• Payment and billing information: if payments are processed through our Service (e.g., billing address, payment method details). Note: payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider.
• Other information you voluntarily provide: feedback/reviews, messages, support requests.
b) Information Collected Automatically
• Device information (device type, operating system, browser type).
• Usage data (pages visited, features used, search queries, listings viewed).
• Location information (general region/city/ZIP) based on IP address or as you provide it.
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (“Cookies”).
2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Service (matching farms with helpers, listing management, search/filter features).
• Process transactions and payments, issue receipts, handle billing and payouts.
• Communicate with you about your account, listings, job matches, and updates to policies or Service.
• Personalize your experience (show you relevant listings or jobs based on your location/skills).
• Monitor and prevent fraud, abuse, or other malicious activity.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our or users’ rights.
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with:
• Other users: when you post a listing (Farm) or apply for a listing (Helper), necessary contact/location/listing information is shared so the job can proceed.
• Service providers: third-party vendors assisting with payment processing, analytics, email services, hosting, or communication infrastructure.
• Legal and regulatory authorities: when required by law, to respond to valid requests, enforce policies, or protect the rights, property, or safety of BARNSITR or others.
Note: We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Location & Job Matching
When you register as a Farm or Helper, and when you use our Service, we collect and process your general location information (region/ZIP) and job listing details to:
• Match Helpers with nearby available work;
• Display relevant jobs and profiles based on geographic relevance;
• Enable coordination and communication between Farms and Helpers.
We do not publicly share your exact address or precise GPS coordinates unless you explicitly consent.
5. Review & Feedback Data
After completing a job, you may submit feedback or a review (e.g., “Rate the Helper” or “Rate the Farm”).
• We may publicly display this feedback (with your user name/profile photo if you consent) to help future users evaluate Farms or Helpers.
• You may request anonymization or removal of your feedback by contacting us.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use Cookies and similar technologies to:
• Collect usage data, recognize returning users, enable features, and for analytics.
You can control or disable Cookies via your browser settings. Some features of the Service may not function properly if Cookies are disabled.
